Itinerary
Day 1:
Arrival Amman
Arrival Amman Airport , Meet & Assist then transfer to Amman Hotel, Dinner & Overnight
Day 2:
Amman – Madaba – Mount. Nebo – Baptism Site – Amman
After Breakfast, then drive to the South of Jordan visiting the oldest mosaic church in the world in Madaba Church and later visiting Mount. Nebo where Mosses see Jerusalem and the holy land then drive to visit the Baptism Site, which is the Opposite side of Jericho, at the junction of Wadi Al Kharrar and the Jordan River, some very old churches, were recently discovered commemorating the place of the baptism of Christ. The archaeologists also revealed, to approximately 1km upstream, the vestiges of a whole religious complex including churches, cisterns and baptismal font built by the first Christian pilgrims at the supposed site of the "Bethany beyond Jordan" where St John the Baptist preached then transfer to Amman Hotel, Dinner & Overnight.
Day 3:
Amman - Petra Visit – Aqaba
Breakfast at the Hotel. Full day sightseeing of the unique "rose-red" city of Petra, half as old as time, built by the Arab Nabateans who hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury from the desert rock’s sandstone in its’ natural hues of rose, and gold, continue to Aqaba, Dinner & Overnight
Day 4:
Aqaba – Wadi Rum – Aqaba
Breakfast at the hotel, then late afternoon , drive to Wadi Rum: Stunning in its natural beauty, Wadi Rum epitomizes the romance of the desert. With its "moonscape" of ancient valleys and towering sandstone mountains rising out of the sand, Wadi Rum is also home to several Bedouin tribes who live in scattered camps throughout the area. Climbers are especially attracted to Wadi Rum because of its sheer granite and sandstone cliffs, while hikers enjoy its vast empty spaces. Wadi Rum is probably best known because of its connection with the enigmatic British officer T.E. Lawrence, who was based here during the Great Arab Revolt of 1917-18. Much of David Lean's Lawrence of Arabia was filmed in Wadi Rum, with Jeep Tour Bedouin 4X4 , we are going to explore the moon surface " Wadi Rum " for 02 Hours. After that drive back to Aqaba Hotel, Dinner & Overnight
Day 5:
Aqaba – Dead Sea ( with Lunch ) – Amman
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Transfer to Dead Sea: The Dead Sea is 75 kilometers long and from 6 to 16 kilometers wide. It is fed by the Jordan River, but it has no outlet, As its name suggests, the Dead Sea is entirely devoid of plant and animal life. This is due to an extremely high content of salt and other Minerals—350 grams of salt per kilogram of water, as compared to about 40 grams in the world’s oceans. This concentration is caused by a rapid rate of evaporation. These natural elements give the waters of the Dead Sea certain curative properties, recognized since the days of Herod the Great over 2000 years ago. At 12:00 PM Lunch at Dead Sea Spa Hotel, Free Time for swimming at Dead Sea then at 04:00 PM, drive back to Amman Hotel, Dinner & Overnight
Day 6:
Amman – Jerash – Damascus
Breakfast at the hotel Drive north of Amman to visit Jerash, the most beautiful and preserved Roman city in existence at 12:00 PM, drive to Jordan – Syrian Border , Meet & Assist with Syrian Guide , then continue to Damascus , Dinner & Overnight.
Day 7:
Damascus Full Day
Breakfast , full day Damascus visit including: National museum, Takieh Sulemaniyeh, handicraft market Al Hamidiyeh bazaar, Omayad mosque, Azem palace, Straight street, Hananiya church, in the end a panoramic view from Qasuon mountain , Back to the Hotel, Dinner & overnight
Day 8:
Damascus – Aleppo
Breakfast, Drive to Aleppo visit the Citadel, Great Bazaar with 12 km covered shopping streets, famous Khan, Great Mosque, Hammam (Turkish bath), Madrasa (Koran school) Dinner & overnight.
Day 9:
Aleppo – Palmyra
Breakfast, Drive to bride of desert Palmyra visit Bel Temple, colonnade street, theater, Agora, Valley of tombs, Baal Shamin, at sun set a fantastic view from the Arabian castle (without entering) Dinner & overnight.
Day 10:
Palmyra – Krak de Chevakkiers – Maalola – Seydneya – Damascus
Breakfast, Drive to visit Crack De Chevaliers also transliterated Crac des Chevaliers, is a Crusader fortress in Syria and one of the most important preserved medieval military castles in the world. In Arabic, the fortress is called Qal'at al-hison it was also the headquarters of the Knights Hospitaller during the Crusades then to Maalula, meaning 'entrance') is a town in Syria. With two other nearby towns, is the only place where the western dialect of Aramaic is spoken.It is a mainly Christian town (Melkite) located 56 km to the northeast of Damascus and built into the rugged mountainside, at an altitude of more than 1500 meters. As of 2005, the town has a population of 2,000 after that drive to Sednaya is a city located in the mountains 20 miles north the city of Damascus in Syria. Saidnaya was the seat of the ancient Patriarchate of Antioch. Saidnaya has many ancient associations with the Holy Bible. Many scholars consider Saidnaya to be second in religious importance to Jerusalem. Pilgrims from all over the world seek Saidnaya for renewal of faith and for healing. Sednaya is also an area renowned for its faithfulness to Christianity. Back to Damascus , Dinner & Overnight.
Day 11:
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Damascus Airport for final departure
